@greateranglia - if booking three tickets using a gold card to take advantage of discount, can I book three bikes on to the train?
I’ve tried calling your booking line, but no one answers. It’s very difficult being a cyclist on your network these days...

@ColchBK @greateranglia You’d like to think so wouldn’t you. I’m just aghast that it was thought ok to green light 6 bike spaces per train to service the entire region between London and Norwich!! What on earth were they smoking?

@colVeloCC @greateranglia If the limit is down to the capacity of new trains: fair enough. But surely it’s possible to impose that limit without imposing the 24h mandatory reservation requirement?

@pmmikes @greateranglia @willbramhill I was given this on the train this morning, saying that the mandate will be enforced in the new year.... to say I’m disappointed is a massive understatement.... I’m a season ticket holder, adding the extra hassle of having to get bike reservations is completely unjust.
