@com_parking hi, i can’t find a number to call and get a refund. I booked a parking spot in NYC for today, 8/22 at 3 AM only to find out when i got there that the lot was not open until 6 AM. I chose this lot because of its proximity to my destination and I’d really like a refund

@com_parking I just parked at the Lanvale St lot near Penn Station in Baltimore. The signs say $5 but the machine charged much more. Posted phone lines are all disconnected.

@com_parking Be careful using this app , I used in New York City , booked , no confirmation, tried again , no confirmation.....drove up and paid .....Amazingly both previous bookings on my credit card ...BEWARE !!!!!!! Try to contact them no response......again BEWARE!!!!!

an APP not to use. It doesn't work. They charge you up to 5 times, do not send you mail or any notice of that charge. If you want to contact them, it's impossible. No mail, no phone, no parking Washington ... @com_parking @spplusCorp
