Your text marketing need to do three key things (at a minimum).
- Connect (Resonate with your audience)
- Clarify (Be super clear about your offer)
- Call (Invite them to take action)
Without all of these, theyโll be ineffective.

Brands that just push their own products on social never last with good engagement. The content needs to be useful & relevant to people, even if they will never become a customer of the brand. Shares and saves should be your KPI.

Just a friendly reminder that you can only text folks who have explicitly opted in.
Doing otherwise is not only illegal, it also annoys your audience.
