Also, why does a 10 sound like she has to become softer, quieter, more accommodating while he just gets to feel better? That’s not growth, that’s a rebrand of imbalance. Real partnership isn’t one person adjusting their behavior daily to earn a higher score. It’s two people doing the uncomfortable work of being honest before it turns into a silent audit.
