86 hours??? I've gone 40 days on just water! My church does a yearly 40 day fast from 1 Jan to 9 Feb. In 2018 I did 3 x 40 day fasts in the same year on just water! After the first 3 to 4 days it gets easy & feels like it could be done indefinitely. The refeeding process is very important, to take it slowly & minimally for the first week or two after breaking the fast. Since 2018, I usually only have one meal a day (OMAD), sometimes 2. At 67 I am extremely healthy, youthful looking with tons of energy. I never take any medications! I am also an active gardener which gives me lots of fresh air, sun for vit D & amongst nature, which is an amazing de-stresser! I make my own fermented milk, that looks & tastes like thick, creamy yoghurt, which has an ancient human microbiome in it that has been lost over the decades & is responsible for keeping away many modern sicknesses & diseases (thankyou Dr. William Davis @WilliamDavisMD ) ☺️☺️☺️👍

Bought a land for 300k 3 years ago from a real estate company They recently told me the land is worth 1.7m today I said I want to sell it back to them because the agent couldn’t find a buyer And they said they can’t buy it for anything above 400/500k 💀
