@help_delhivery need some help. Friend had booked two packages from Pune one to Chennai and one to UP. The packages got interchanged the UP one came to chennai and vice versa. Vendor "GALAXY PACKERS AND MOVERS" solved UP one but the chennai person isnt helping. Please help.

And mystery "solved". From the vendor: "... Aadhar card verification needs OTP to verify, which will be difficult for the bank to verify the Aadhar card. That's why we need ID Proof - PAN is and in Address Proof - DL/Voter ID/Passport." Something up with Aadhar APIs?

Interesting development today re: Aadhar as ID. One of our financial partners reached out for re-KYC/KYB documentation. In bold, they clearly call out that Aadhar is NOT an acceptable ID proof. Doesn't this go against the what UIDAI was saying Aadhar was for?
