@Adrian_Jacobo @marcifrosenberg @jraslab You'll need to do the appropriate time/concentration controls in agarose, because it will very likely be different from free swimming fish.

@Adrian_Jacobo @marcifrosenberg @jraslab Agree with this. Drugs will get in, but they will take some amount of time to do so (we saw this when using brightly colored drugs like BIO) so you might have to wait a little longer. Alternatively, you could dissect away the agarose above the target tissue, if possible.

Hey #zebrafish friends! I'd like to do an experiment where I image the same FOV in an agarose-mounted fish pre- and post- drug treatment (keeping fish on the scope whole time). Is this possible? Have you done this? Will chemicals penetrate agarose? cc @damiandn @jraslab
