Sheer incompetence from @GWRHelp. The 1625 Exeter St David’s - Plymouth is delayed by 22 mins. Platform staff said stay on platform for Teignmouth and not to get 1631 stopper, 1625 will get there first. 1625 now running to Plym direct, 7 mins after stopper left…
