Had a fun time presenting a lightning talk on "Learning Morphodynamic Trajectories for Embryo Assessment in IVF" at the Research Bazaar. This project is entirely led by undergrads in my group - Jens, Raffael, and Aadhitya - they did an amazing job. Preprint to come soon!

@d_kihara presented a tour de force of methods for inferring protein, DNA, and RNA structures from Cryo-EM maps - DeepMainmast, CryoREAD, CryoZeta, DiffModeler and DMcloud! These architectures fuse #AF3 and Cryo-EM features to guide diffusion models to achieve SOTA performance!

Highlight from Wei Yang’s talk: Water isn't just an idle spectator! Transfer entropy suggests that it actually drives conformational shifts through correlated density changes in these MD simulations. Changes in the 'shape' of water also capture protein dynamics! #TDA anyone?
