I’m here to study politics, history, culture, and current events honestly. I don’t care about defending a side blindly. I care about what’s true, what makes sense, and what actually helps the country. Agree or disagree, just bring a real argument.

JP Morgan executive accused of turning her employee into an “office sex slave.” She allegedly forced the employee to suck her toes and have sex with her if he wanted to a promotion. JP Morgan is sticking with the executive, saying there isn’t evidence to support the claims and that the employee didn’t cooperate properly when asked.

@KalshiPolitics With all the changes happening right now, I wouldn’t be so confident in that forecast. 2026 is still far away politically, and a lot can change with the courts, voting rules, turnout, and redistricting before people even cast a ballot.

You can call names if you want, but race has always been part of the conversation. “America First” has never sounded the same to immigrants, Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, and white voters. That doesn’t mean every Trump voter is racist, but pretending race has nothing to do with MAGA is just not honest.

@Oh_SayCanYouSee @HouseDemocrats That’s exactly what I’m saying. People voted for this, so they shouldn’t act shocked when he actually follows through. The problem is everybody had their own version of what “Make America Great Again” meant, and now we’re seeing what his version looks like in real life.

Republicans continue to fail the American people over and over. Their budget bill will not lower Americans’ costs. Instead, they’re CHOOSING to give $70 billion to an out-of-control ICE that puts Americans in danger.

I know this might upset some people, but don’t get mad at me for saying it. Trump is doing what he campaigned on: “Make America Great Again.” People voted for that, so we can’t act shocked when his version of “great” doesn’t match what everyone imagined. The real question is: what version of America was he talking about? Was it about stronger borders and national security, or was it about pushing immigrants out and shifting power back to a certain group of people? That’s why people are concerned. The slogan sounded simple, but the policies are showing us what it may actually mean.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday struck down Louisiana's congressional map that includes two majority-Black districts, delivering a significant victory for Republicans in a major decision that narrows the landmark Voting Rights Act. The high court upheld a lower court ruling that found Louisiana mapmakers relied too heavily on race when they redrew the state's voting boundaries to comply with Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act. In a 6-3 decision authored by Justice Samuel Alito, the Supreme Court's conservative majority found that compliance with Section 2 could not justify the state's use of race in redrawing its House district lines. cbsnews.com/amp/news/supre…

We didn’t just save the midterms today. We potentially saved the next 3+ decades of American prosperity. If Republicans control DC during the 2030 Census, at least 10-15 seats will be reallocated from blue states to red states. Add in mass deportations over the next 4 years and that number may climb to over 20. The Democrat Party as it currently stands all but ceases to exist as a national party. Now throw in Voter ID and election fraud prosecutions and we have a truly 60-40 GOP country for many years.
AF Post@AFpost

The Supreme Court has ruled that racial gerrymandering is unconstitutional, paving the way for Republicans to redistrict the South and save the House. With the 2030 Census, this will be a dramatic shift in power balance. Follow: @AFpost

That’s the part people aren’t thinking through. Today’s redistricting fight is already causing chaos, but the citizenship ruling could be even bigger. If birthright citizenship starts depending on the parents’ status, where does that line stop? Undocumented parents first, then temporary visa holders, then legal residents who aren’t citizens? That could create a massive constitutional mess.

In a 6-3 opinion, The U.S. Supreme Court has declared Louisiana’s congressional map an 'unconstitutional racial gerrymander'. The ruling will constrain states' use of race as a factor when drawing congressional maps.
