@matryer It's easy, we can just shift which timezone is "UTC" each year — that'll naturally rotate what part of the world hits midnight first! It'll complicate timezone handling in code a little, true, but I'm sure that'll be fine.

@matteocollina Yes to all three but juniors may test the wrong thing. Mids probably mock all the things seniors understand the importance of testing the right thing the right way.
