BREAKING: Alabama student has been found dead in Barcelona, Spain, just two days after going missing
James โJimmyโ Gracey, 20, a University of Alabama junior, was found dead in Barcelona while on a spring break trip, Catalan police said
Police divers recovered his body Thursday, and it was formally identified with his family notified the same day
Gracey was last seen around 3 a.m. Tuesday leaving the beachfront nightclub Shรดko, his mother said
A police source told the Daily Mail, โA witness who happened to be passing saw him leave the nightclub, saw him heading towards this rocky outcrop. From there he may have fallen into the sea and drowned.โ
Police searched the area along Somorrostro Beach with boats, divers, a helicopter, and drones, and found Graceyโs wallet floating in the water

Did you know this is what pork is actually supposed to look like?
We didnโt eitherโฆ until we started supporting local farmers.
The difference is night and day.
Grocery store pork is often pale and watery, while locally raised pork has a richer pink/red color with real marbling.
Why?
Most store pork comes from pigs raised fast for mass production. This can lead to โPSEโ pork (pale, soft, watery meat) with less flavor and lower nutrient density. Sometimes itโs also processed in ways that add water weight and reduce natural color.
Over time, people were taught that pale pork = lean and betterโฆ but thatโs not the full story.
Locally raised pork comes from healthier animals raised with better diets and less stress. That means:
โข Deeper natural color (more myoglobin)
โข Better flavor and texture
โข More nutrients like B vitamins, iron, and zinc
โข No added water weight
Once you see the difference, you canโt unsee it.
