Booked a Tatkal Sleeper ticket today from kanpur central to New Delhi. Filled every detail in seconds, but IRCTC kept showing- "We are experiencing high load." Tried repeatedly, Then my ID got locked out. Minutes later, every seat was gone. So the question is - who actually gets these Tatkal tickets? Genuine passengers or a system designed to fail common people every morning? If lakhs of users face the same "high load" issue daily, why has it still not fixed it? Now how much are you expecting petrol and diseal to be increased? I am expecting 15-20 rs Total production and marketing cost still will be below 80. Rest taxes will take it to 120-125. I am Neha Kathuria this side victim of theft in train no.19716 coach HA 1 cabin A. On 12th April at JHIR someone pulled the chain & barged inside my cabin A whose latch was not working properly & took away my handbag which had gold jewellery worth 10lakhs, 25000 cash, debit card, adhar cards and few more things. There was no RPF depolyed in the 15hrs train journey & even after this incident no one came over. Due to the negligence of India Railways I had to face this financial loss as well as mental trauma. It is almost a month but have not received any positive response to the same. I think few areas where India needs legal (law) overhaul are- 1. Traffic (and abuse of safety) 2. Rape 3. Juveniles getting away in cases like Nirbhaya Maybe many more but these are low hanging fruits.

Today's investors want the frontline IT companies to take aggressive bets. Rather than returning nearly 100% of profits through dividends, doing buybacks, invest in foundational, emerging players. Sad part is, western VC has spotted what India startup ecosystem is building & is scooping up everything that comes their way. While Indian companies are positioning to be consumer/user rather than investing in the sovereign indigenous tech.
