It’s not like the science guys like finance or accounting. They don’t do it because they want to It’s because they can do it. Every engineer would rather work in a tech/ O&G firm than an accounting firm. But ofc if they lose out on those opportunities to other engineering/science guys they’ll move to accounting/finance firms because they can. The finance guys can’t move into O&G beyond the Finance dept. And commercial guys are also top of the line You almost never see a top Exec without an MBA. My earlier comment was aimed more at the art guys.

@degenreck It’s not just about versatility. You will be schooled and guided too. There are courses and professional exams to take. And I haven’t seen any accountant that wants to move to science or engineering. Show me one.

Brother, I am proof that you can get there without a CS degree. Should you get it yes? Should that stop you from pushing yourself and applying to everything you can apply to if you don’t have it ? No. My mom would often say, don’t count yourself out before the world has told you no. Stop tweeting things like this. It’s irrelevant and tbh annoying. Everyone has an advantage, find out what it is and fine tune on it till it gets you where you need to be.

Yeah you know the way Apple uses the M chips for iPads or the way they used the A18 pro chip for in the Neos Dell has a deal with snapdagron to make chips for their pcs Custom cpus and gpus 20hrs battery on those machines ( I also prefer a Mac btw) I’m just windows have improved too
