Brother, I am proof that you can get there without a CS degree. Should you get it yes? Should that stop you from pushing yourself and applying to everything you can apply to if you don’t have it ? No. My mom would often say, don’t count yourself out before the world has told you no. Stop tweeting things like this. It’s irrelevant and tbh annoying.
