its International PCR Day - amplify something ! Marking the date of the first PCR experiment. Like any good first experiment . . .it failed.

@TakethatCt Even if it reasonably quick cycling at a minute per cycle, that’s a month to get results. “I put that PCR on a week ago, we need results” “yeah, it’ll be a few more weeks yet . . . “

No Such Thing as Too Many Cycles 🐭🌸
He's only wrong by 3 orders of magnitude
Crimadella Phone@Crimadellaa

Wrong. Did know the PCR tests that gave us the pandemic had manufacturer instructions to run the samples for 35k to 40k cycles? Interesting instructions, with a CDC mandate to follow manufacturers instructions strictly. Funny thing about these facts is that Fauci, a Hillary supporter, with his redhead sidekick Debra literally being a distant cousin of Hillary Clinton, gave an interview to mainstream reporter explaining in detail how a PCR Test ran for 35k to 40k cycles would detect almost anything in anyone and for detecting a particular virus would result in a 95% false positive rate. Remember how crazy it was that you could catch covid and test positive, then negative, then back to positive, maybe mostly positive... The vaccines were just as I stated, hence why they demanded to not be liable and bypassed the human trials they could never make it due to never passing 3yr animal trials. What they repeatedly discovered were medications using the mRNA(a gene-therapy(dangerous)) deliver system needed consistently increasing doses as well as frequency of dose due to effectiveness dropping. As they increased dosing and frequency more adverse reactions present(obviously), and this resulted in a wide range of various serious adverse reactions including sterilizing animals (unable to breed). They NEVER did extend animal studies or any real human studies, you can't discover adverse reactions on a free population- doctors do not know adverse reactions are due to the treatment when studies haven't identified the potential side effects thus you go into doctor for X but they don't know X is an adverse reaction and if you ever care to look into adverse reactions you see long lists including a ton of things ranging from common to rare- they know no rare reactions because they never did studies long enough to find them. Medications are typically ran through years of *human trials* prior to ever doing trials via FDA, this would be so they aren't sued into oblivion from adverse reactions- well- none of that is important/wasn't important if they can't be sued because they can't be held accountable/liable. He was manipulated, he is the person for the job of POTUS, he is not a well researched guy in general outside of business.

@ochoa_corona Gotta love HRM Francisco ! But why not use a rapid DNA extraction buffer with so many insects? Buffer, insect, 95deg 2 mins and into HRM.

@TripleVexed @DocDeezWhat @nzfirst After 25 it’s garbage? No, it just means virus is present at a lower level than if less than 25. A Cq of 26 still represents thousands of viral copies present in the sample

@DocDeezWhat @c_plushie @nzfirst The CT value is the cycle number recorded where sufficient amplified DNA product has reached a detectable level. After 25 it's garbage. In NZ labs would test to an end point of 45 cycles and call a result positive at CT=40.

🧵 THREAD Face Mask U-Turns, by . . . Jacinda Ardern. Ashley Bloomfield. Michael Baker. As Phase 2 of the @NZfirst Covid Inquiry began yesterday, I'm just revisiting some of these old videos and sharing them again.

Face Mask U-Turns: Jacinda Ardern 8 March, 2020: Dr. Michelle Dickinson, aka 'Nanogirl' explains why masks are not very protective (Jacinda nods in agreement and says "yes") 24 August, 2020: "But we know masks protect you, and the people around you."

@DocDeezWhat @c_plushie @nzfirst Early on, Bloomfield gave an interview explaining that RT-PCR tests would not exceed a cycle threshold of 25 because such test results would be unreliable and report many false positives. NZ labs were testing at 45 cycles, which took 30 mins and produced a meaningless result.

@ilyaskhan @p_maverick_b Not quite. He was on his way to his holiday house when he had the thought. A friend of his had started what is now @LGCBiosearch and had made the first automated synthesiser, and put one in Kary’s oligo lab

@p_maverick_b 2. He was given an oligo synthesiser by Cetus Corp and told to find a use, it was something that constantly occupied his mind consciously and subconsciously, until that fateful day he came up with exponential expansion of DNA using primers.
