In the phase 3 ATOMIC trial in resected stage III mismatch repair–deficient colon cancer, adding atezolizumab to modified FOLFOX6 improved 3-year disease-free survival, with a higher incidence of grade 3 or 4 toxic effects, mainly fatigue. Practice-changing in colon cancer? Adjuvant immunotherapy + chemo cuts recurrence risk by 50% in stage III dMMR colon cancer. Yes I know but it’s a universal trend that happens across the globe , even in some Arab countries , rich individuals resorted to Misyar and mistress culture resulting in more female persecution. High Mehr is right if women to be paid in advance and if agreed in Nikah prenuptial agreement then it is acceptable. I have taken care of people in 5-6 countries and that is what I experienced. Women should be educated and empowered to not to look to others for financial support that is thoughts and philosophy.

That is why high earning athletes , entrepreneurs , live together for years and have multiple children without getting married , there are ways to protect women and giving them financial independence the fore most is financially educating them how to manage and earn money it should be in the curriculum.

These type of judgments result in failure of Marriage as an institution which we have seen in the west , once I asked my colleague, why doesn’t he marry and is in a living relationship, he said I don’t want government to invade my bedroom . The long term consequences will be devastating for the society. There is no role of this judgement in any Islamic school of fiqh .

It’s not same as before, I have seen that young doctors do Saudi Council exam and after clearing it come on Azad visa and do job hunt in Private clinics , it gives them breathing space , they have money in their pocket and can go for exams like MRCP and USMLE . If you have done FCPS then you can contact recruitment agencies like Najm they take recruitment fees and then you can get employed in hospitals as a Assitant consultant , staff physician or a consultant depending upon your experience and hospital policy . I saw many Pakistani doctors who did USMLE , MRCP and Australian exams and are working there in US, UK and Australia. Main thing for a young doctor is to earn money so he or she can invest in getting post graduation and good training and clearing exams .

Totally agree with you started my career at 3800 rupees a month now Alhamdulillah earning half a million dollars a year , being broke and wealthy is a part of life your main job is to serve humanity and trust Allah swt and be a useful member of a society, Allah swt will open your doors from unexpected quarters . Choose a life partner who is with you thru thick and thin .

@Dr_Romeooo Yes with modern immunotherapy and TKI lung cancer survival has improved tremendously my own patients are alive more than 5 years but it doesn’t mean everyone does but there are definitely outliers due to modern management regimens .
