Huii ‘yung witness ko may warrant of arrest. After nya magtestify, hinuli sya ng mga pulis sa court. 😭

@alicmohamad @AttyFM3P This. Now, if your agency lets you practice (with the necessary permissions and limitations), you get the best of both worlds. You can still be an occasional litigator while holding a 9-to-5 job with a fixed income.

So a fellow lawyer, who is a full time private practicing lawyer, out of nowhere asked me if I am already regretting my decision to go full time as a government lawyer. This is the same lawyer that told me that ny 80k salary is just her acceptance fee for 1 case...

@AttyFM3P 80k for a MeTC case, surely. Even if she does take in 80k for a case, does she take in a new client every month? And how much of that goes into her overhead? Again, it's all about tradeoffs.

As opposed to impliedly? Tough call.

Uh, no. The Office of the Ombudsman ordered her dismissal as Mayor of Bamban and further PERPETUALLY DISQUALIFIED her from holding public office. It's not a matter of being convicted of any crime by final judgment. She is basically barred from holding public office FOREVER.

How can someone who actively and proudly red-tags and targets indigenous people aspire to become its representative in Congress? I know PH politics is a circus, but this definitely takes the cake.
