Pero wala, her saying this in an official announcement video or message to the people means SHE DOES NOT VET, CHECK, OR UNDERSTAND HER OWN SPEECHES. Mas worse pa eto sa AI generated speeches. This is a speech that someone made, which sya dapat gumawa. And kahit may pinagawa syang iba, dapat chinecheck niya. This shows the level of incompetence AND negligence of Sara Duterte as a leader. 👊 Kung maging Presidente eto, Cabinet Secretaries and her subordinates can just submit whatever they want and hindi nya i-do-double check.
