@UtdActive Let’s be clear it’s man united fans who force the rivalry they claim there’s not rivalry. If Newcastle were such a small insignificant club what does 90% of your fan base concern themselves with Newcastle posts. Why Man U trying to buy half the Newcastle team.

There is no real rivalry between Manchester United and Newcastle. It feels completely forced and should be ignored. It’s simply that Manchester United have such a huge fanbase that every other club seeks interaction from us. No matter the reasons given that is what it is.

@chiragcp1982 @ToonIanB @TheMysticmaggy @atm1988 This is coming from a club who is in 1bn or so debt. Uses fudged revolving payday loans to fund transfers and stay relevant, there lucky they should qualify for ucl this time otherwise that debt would be manifesting

🚨 According to Manchester Evening News - Manchester City want to sign Sandro Tonali and Tino Livremento this summer in a double deal from Newcastle. Man City are willing to offer Newcastle players plus cash, to get the deals over the line, and the players Newcastle are most interested in are..... James Trafford - (23) Goalkeeper Rico Lewis - (21) Fullback Juma Bah - (19) Centre Back Issa Kabore - (24) Right Back #NUFC Would you take any of these players at the club?

🗣️; 🚨Benjamin Sesko on why he rejected Arsenal two times. I wanted a bigger club where I can win trophies. Not just to play in the tournament, The offer they presented was bigger than Man United but sometimes it's not about money, you also have to think about the possibility of winning trophies. They called me telling me that Man United is not playing in champions League, I told them that I don't just want to play in champions League I want to win it.. I never regret the decision on joining Man United I believe next season we will do better than this season. I love the atmosphere in Manchester the fans are awesome I enjoy every moment,

@AdamJoseph @UTD_MNM when was the last time man u managed to do better than city in a single season. talking about outspending teams, man u in massive debt, and only able to compete in the transfer market based on revolving loans. if they didnt make UCL this season, you wouldnt be buying this summer

Newcastle offered more money to Bryan Mbeumo than Manchester United, he chose MUFC & took less to go. Newcastle offered more money to Benjamin Sesko than Manchester United, he chose MUFC & took less to go. This is public information. It is not a conspiracy, you're a small club.

People want to blame Howe more than PSR because it’s more fashionable. Had Howe been able to lure his first choice targets with the wages 15th placed Man Utd and other teams were able to do, we wouldn’t be in this position. The PL made these rules to stifle us - blame them more.

Newcastle are the acid test for the PSR glass ceiling. So far it’s holding While they’ve definitely wasted cash, the difference between the established elite and the rest is that under PSR the latter get the chance to waste cash again and again (see United) The rest don’t

Anthony Elanga, £55m. 43 games, 3 goals, 1 assist. His only goals have came in ties they’ve lost 5-1 & 8-3. Yet to score a Premier League goal this season. The same one-trick winger everyone saw at United. Jacob Ramsey, £40m. — Newcastle finally got their dream #10 after years of moaning about it... who has delivered a spectacular 3 G/A in 35 appearances. 4 G/A if you count the wonderful pass to Raphinha to cement their biggest European defeat in history. Yoane Wissa, £55m. 21 games, 3 goals, 1 assist. 29-year-old panic buy with a contract ticking down at Brentford, so naturally Newcastle paid £55m when he was out of contract this summer.. Now stuck behind Will Osula in the pecking order & liking Sunderland players posts after doing the double on Newcastle. *Nick Woltemade - £75m. 44 games, 10 goals, 3 assists. The new "star striker" who arrived as the shiny Isak replacement... who now is being played as an #8 and hasn’t scored a league goal since December. Malick Thiaw, £35m. In fairness, more of a goal threat than Wissa & Elanga combined. Started well but part of the defence who has conceded the most goals of any side in Europe’s Top 5 league’s in 2026. Newcastle spent £250m on these five alone last summer, an absolutely pathetic transfer & they’re back playing the PSR deflection tactics on their own supporters to distract from the absolute failure of Eddie Howe & the Sportswashing project. You have had more than enough money, you just spent it horrendously. Victim mentality.

@AnabellaMarvy since a lot of barca players are academy, Barca couldnt buy the players they have. if we look at estimated market value for both teams, Barca is about e800m and newcastle is e500m. if barca didnt have probably the best acadamy in the world, the clubs would be in the shit

Your two best players literally scrambling to beat each other out the door. It's all 'who's that team we call United' until you spend the last 24 hours getting completely humbled on & off the pitch, reminded that in fact you are only just Newcastle after all.

🚨🚨| NEW: Sandro Tonali and Bruno Guimarães’ camps are both letting clubs know they’re open to leaving. They know only one will go, so each is trying to sort a move before the other. [@JacobsBen, @UnitedStandMUFC]

Newcastle United really fumbled…they massively overrated their own abilities. In the Premier League, you’ll never see them play beautiful football against the top teams. They mostly rely on physicality, low blocks, long balls and transition threats. But this season they’ve hurt themselves by buying into the narratives and their players have fallen victim to it too. Gordon’s quote: “Teams in the UCL don’t play long balls and low blocks, they play football the way it should be played… that’s why we score so many goals in UCL games.” Instead of playing Barcelona with respect the way they used to approach Arsenal or City, they went toe to toe.

@Corey_Keith @nathangreennn @VeganGeordie The misconception of Newcastle spending a ton on players is silly. Howe is obsessed with buying prem proven so everyone he has is well overpriced. The main issue is attracting the right players for the same price and unlike all the big clubs Newcastle can’t pay premium wages
