@UnicornsOfLove @LolSayna To be honest, a lot of people don't understand that they are simply too bad for a project. (I talk in general and not gender-specific) had so many applicants from both genders that are simply worse than 20 other applicants and wonder why they don't get invited to tryouts.

We had the first female player playing in DIV1 with @LolSayna.
In her 4 games, she won 2 & got an MVP.
She brought nothing but hard work, a humble and positive mindset to the table, elevating the entire team.
With her on the team, we won the split, 2 finals & made EMEA 2nd place.
We, at UOL, sincerely hope more organisation will consider female players and give them a chance. They deserve them.

You may chose average viewership instead of peak viewership if you are so inclined, but I think peak viewership tells you a lot.

Okay so... We are talking past each other. Yes, I know, I already agreed with you? But this isn't "help" like she means. Isolated for men it is a second order effect, I am talking about first order ones. And the evidence that she simply hates us but also expects us to protect her is outweighing that good faith, and no I do not care what mental gymnastics you can do to justify that, I am personally deeply scarred from the women who were in my life and also don't log on and say women "deserve" something bad and I hate them all, even if that hate would be justified on a personal level. I also do not solely abide by traditional masculine values, I adopt some and figure the rest out on my own.
