They later posted those photographs to their WhatsApp statuses.
The JCF was able to retrieve these & other evidentiary materials & build a rock solid case.

i once dated someone and we got into a playful argument about why they wouldnโt share location โiโm a very private person, this feels like itโs moving too fast, thatโs a big stepโ months later, after it didnโt work out, we were friends and i said โok i need your location for logisticsโ he admitted the real reason he wouldnโt share it was because he never left the house and didnโt want anyone to see

A ban on accepting gifts that might reasonably appear to put them under an improper obligation wrt their official duties makes sense. That's very different from a complete ban on all gifts. ๐ค
