@NicoleRCSkinner @ficklefrontier @mdwfmom People also cringe because it sounds like absolutely disregards his wife consent about pregnancy and the physical and mental toll pregnancies have on a woman
English

@drimzel @ficklefrontier @mdwfmom And you could stop pushing motives and meanings on the words of someone you don't know.
We think it's straight up weird for people to not want children, soooo......

“I hope to be blessed with many children”- normal
“I want to keep my wife pregnant until she’s 40”- psychopathic and weird

Two years ago, I was an atheist who didn’t want kids, and didn’t care about anything other than myself. Today, I’m baptized, married and have a beautiful baby boy and want to keep my wife pregnant until she’s 40 (15 more years)! Praise Jesus!
English

@NicoleRCSkinner @ficklefrontier @mdwfmom I don’t think it’s weird to want children. His wording is weird because:
It sounds controlling, like he sees pregnancy as something he can impose, not something his wife can choose.
English

@mdwfmom @ficklefrontier Because he decided to write it publicly. People found it cringe and laughed it off. You seem to find it offensive that people are cringing. Why do you care?
English

@Babygravy9 Is this answering the timeless question of why so many women are crazy?
English

The use of hormonal contraceptives by tens of millions of women could plausibly be having population-level effects on behaviour, including political behaviour. A new study shows that women who use hormonal contraceptives exhibit significantly stronger emotional responses than women who are naturally cycling and they also, interestingly, remember fewer details of negative events.
A study last year showed that hormonal contraceptives shrink the ventromedial prefrontal cortex, a region of the brain involved in fear processing and emotional control.

@mdwfmom @ficklefrontier You’re missing the point. No one is laughing at him being happy with his family or whatnot. They are laughing and cringing at the wording he used.
English

@drimzel @ficklefrontier Why is it not normal to be happy for a family that’s happy and isn’t doing anything immoral or illegal? 🤔
English

@NicoleRCSkinner @ficklefrontier @mdwfmom He could have used a normal phrasing instead of „I will keep my wife pregnant until 40”. It’s straight up weird
English

@ficklefrontier @mdwfmom @drimzel You are focusing on your own feelings rather than his words and their meanings.
English

@drimzel @ficklefrontier Sure. If you’re trying to find something wrong with him. 🤷♀️
You could just be normal and be happy for people who are happy.
English

@mdwfmom @ficklefrontier It’s just creepy to say, the guy just came up as a creep when he used the words he did
English

@ficklefrontier @drimzel Give me a break. What an uncharitable take.
I hope people no one overanalyzes your own tweets in the same way.

Men are naturally prettier than women.
Fixed it for you.
rue🌿@Ruesavatar
Daughter just now to son, “I am prettier than you!” “Yeh. Girls are naturally prettier than boys.” Unbothered. Moisturized. In his lane.

My sister: Cambridge graduate, married
Me: uneducated, unmarried
giggly ♡@xgigglypuff
women do not have to make a choice between being happily married and being educated most of the men on here that pretend like being educated makes you unattractive just want you to be desperate enough to give them a chance
English

@xgigglypuff I’m neither educated nor married, looks like your theory failed 😝
English

@ficklefrontier I was pregnant or breastfeeding from 21 to 39. And we’re not psychopaths. 🤷♀️
Maybe you should meet some real people who are different than you.

@animepfponmain Also women's bodies can't come close to the detail and definition the toned male body has.
