No individual alive today was a slave in the USA during the period ending with the civil war. Over and over the USA has offered programs and preferential treatment to the ancestors of those who were enslaved in the USA. Yet here we are with the failure of millions to become civilized contributors to our society. Figureheads like this person blame long ago history in order to continue the victimization.
