Sometimes life gives you clues. Some listen and some ignore. I listened when I hit rock bottom November 2024. My mental health took a turn I never imagined. I completely lost myself. I kept quiet but 2024 was the worst year for me ever. No need to fully get into details. I finally realized I wasn’t ok and needed a change. Stepped away from streaming (I occasionally went live but not consistent) and my job. First it started with therapy (actually taking it serious this time lol). Then over time I just needed something to look forward to again. I started training and I finally had something I liked and sunk my teeth into. I surrounded myself with an active lifestyle. Stopped drinking for an extended period of time, started eating clean, and workout weekly. This transformation is from November 2024 to present day. I don’t know where this journey is taking me but I know I’ve found myself again. I found my self love. There’s so many things new and old I want to get back to. But my biggest goal is to compete in a hyrox race next year. I know some will read this and some will just skim because let’s be real this is a long ass post lol. But if there’s one person that’s struggling and can take something from this just don’t stop fighting because life is beautiful ❤️
