After being taken apart and put back together again (for the fourth time) and sitting for over a year…our Searwood has returned from the dead. So funny you tweeted this tonight. We missed it. We have the Traeger for smoking and now the Searwood again for smoking and searing! Tri-tip was excellent tonight.
