A number of coaches from across the province have recently completed the Gaelic Games F3 Youth Athletic Development Level 1 Course at Garvaghey, with Ulster GAA’s Sports Science Officer, Eoin McNicholl 🏃‍♂️ The course aims to educate coaches on the basics of Athletic Development and provide practical help to physically develop their players 🏋️‍♀️ For more information on Ulster GAA Coaching, see here - ulster.gaa.ie/coaching/
