@paulcomp @Shauns_Aviation It’s a PAO route, flight times don’t suit now for cancer care patients, now they will have to incur overnight hotel expenses or an 11hr daily trip for treatment, flight times are to suit EA and not the customer, 06:30 flight will be a ghost flight

@Awtistek @Shauns_Aviation Who’s going to use a 06:30M flight to Donegal, doesn’t even suit TA arrivals. A PSO route is ment to suit the customers not the airline. This flight is a cancer care flight, now patients will have to overnight in Dublin at expense or spend 11hours in Dublin waiting for rtn flight

@Shauns_Aviation I am kinda confused on what the issue is, Emerald Air has operated that route for years so is it just a matter of where the planes are stored and the change in route times? gov.ie/en/department-…

Terrible experience with @AmericanAir the past 22hrs, boarded and deplaned 5 times here in DFW, 2 aircraft changes and one return to gate, absolutely no info . Issued vouchers that don’t work
