Well investigation on throat tommorow I’ll be in hospital getting tests done, I had this done about 10 yrs ago and thought I’d never do it again , so wish me luck on tests and not being any lumps there to remove again, got to admit not looking forward to it but I’m out of it .

Today for lunch I made homemade wraps (old pic), warmed thinly sliced roast pork from last nights dinner with fried peppers and onions over a little homemade humus for moisture. Sir did not appreciate. My bad, must remember to only serve pre-approved food items.
