U want a full explanation? Apple notes is a full, rich, text editor, made to make an organize different notes in one place, with a bunch of feature. Notepad only opens .txt in plain texts, it doesn't have shit, it doesn't have notes, it only opens an existing file in ain text, for you to edit, save, and close.
