@USGS reports that a M4.9 #earthquake occurred this morning near Edgefield, #Louisiana. Quakes of this magnitude are a rare occurrence in Louisiana. The event, which was also felt in east Texas, is the 2nd largest quake on record in the state. More at: earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/ev…
