Aluminum production is a high #GHG emitter & is facing shortfalls domestically because of it. By contrast, steel is much less carbon-intensive and provides a reliable domestic supply chain. Switching to steel for #solar module frames is the logical choice. eenews.net/articles/alumi…

The brinksmanship could've been avoided if the president came to the table when the House acted to lift the debt ceiling in April, but I'm encouraged to hear the negotiating team has reached an initial deal. I look forward to reviewing the text of the bill over the next few days.

Sorry to be blunt, but a "feedback sandwich" (praise/criticism/praise) tastes like crap to the person receiving it. So, when giving critical #performance feedback, tell people directly what behavior you want them to fix. Then devote the rest of the chat to helping them plan how.

@CaseyKulla This is not the way to address the many challenges facing our state. We elect our leaders to go to Salem, work together to pass a budget and laws to move us forward, not backwards. The R's are wrong for walking out and the D's are wrong for not working with the R's on comprimise.
