If I were running for Congress or Senate, I'd be focused on AI in the workplace.
If companies optimize only for efficiency and profit (trend so far) while abandoning workers, millions could lose not just jobs, but their economic viability.
We need leaders who will lean into values -- people over machines -- before it becomes too late.

According to Edelman’s Trust Barometer, only 21% of employees #trust their #CHRO to tell the truth about what's happening in the organization.
Effectively, this means people don't trust the company itself. And without trust, you'll never have #engagement.

@tom_peters Far more satisfying in the end, too.
Not sure if you noticed this in your pre-ISOE career, but the higher I went up the ladder, the more self-focused and threatened leaders around me were. Rather than support and elevate, many did the opposite.
