In training, I am at the facility about 4 hours a day (sometimes more, I like to socialize) 6 days a week. I get to throw the ball as hard as I can for 15 minutes 2 times a week. 30 minutes/ 24 hours is 2% 2% of training is fun/high effort. Make the 98% count
