Israel hasn't fought a war against an enemy with an Air Force since 1973 - over half a century ago. That would make a very substantial difference. Türkiye has a developed domestic military industry. Israel, as we've seen since 2023, is almost entirely dependent on foreign supply for weaponry, spare parts & ammunition. Türkiye is far less dependent on foreign resupply. That could become a key issue, particularly if the US chooses neutrality.
