Our recent landmark report revealed a persistent challenge women face in progressing to leadership: a lack of access to networks. More than 𝟑 𝐢𝐧 𝟒 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧⁣⁣ cite lack of networks as hindering their career progression - most prominent in managers (81%).
