The rightwinger yearns for nationalisation but the moment you say it they will call you a communist. Even if we drill our oil & gas (of which we have very little) we pay global market rates for it to the private (many will be foreign owned companies) who drill it = the same amount as we pay Norway, Saudis, America currently. Nationalisation of our energy is the ONLY way forward
