Seen on today’s run: Knew there’d be quite a bit of gravel on today’s run so wore trail shoes. I incorporate quite a bit of gravel into my miles to keep my ankles strong 💪 I’m the queen of kicking debris into my shoes so I was excited for the gaiters to keep the gravel out of my shoes ☺️

Another Coke 10k complete for the 5th consecutive year! Always enjoy this course and the Corinth spectator participation is first class the entire race. Also knocked off 22 mins from last year race time, I think I’m finally trending back in the right direction with run pace🙌🏾.

Hey friends! We could use your prayers 🙌🙏. Mom is having her hip replaced tomorrow - she will be 90 in a few months but needs the surgery to be able to walk. If all goes well she will get to go home Tuesday - just incredible! 🙌🙏
