@brianbeers Mcdonalds systems over the years have eliminated me as a customer. I was a several meals per week customer for decades, but the list of food they make that I enjoy keeps shrinking. now i am a couple times per year. Individual items discontinued or ruined until nothing is left.

@BrianRoemmele @grok I tried REALLY hard to make this work good with 4.1-fast and it was a total fail. This is no dis on @grok which i really love using for a lot of things, but my results were not good on this deal. Endless phantom work arguments. is >4.1 working a LOT better with claw?

Anyone telling you that you need to use Claude to run just about any OpenClaw spending a wacky $1000 or more per month is no expert you should trust. Use @Grok. Great pricing and 4.3 is in another category. You won’t be burning $1000 a month. You will absolutely thank me.

@AvaGrace9211 School district employees love training kids to touch things they don't want to touch. The kid should be given big praise and congratulations by the parent for passing this test.

This is long but this is yet another reason why we should homeschool! I realize not everyone can but we should try. The kid will be forever traumatized! Forced to touch a snake 🐍 in class. Then suspended for 2 weeks! I say get a lawyer.

Today I figured I'd give it a shot: can ChatGPT produce a complete binary application in "machine language" with no intermediate representation? Yes, it can. And the binary is 1024 bytes... and it works!

Very few developers today understand how even common instance services like EC2 actually work.... and a lot of stuff is moe complex now.

Open source is dead. That’s not a statement we ever thought we’d make. @calcom was built on open source. It shaped our product, our community, and our growth. But the world has changed faster than our principles could keep up. AI has fundamentally altered the security landscape. What once required time, expertise, and intent can now be automated at scale. Code is no longer just read. It is scanned, mapped, and exploited. Near zero cost. In that world, transparency becomes exposure. Especially at scale. After a lot of deliberation, we’ve made the decision to close the core @calcom codebase. This is not a rejection of what open source gave us. It’s a response to what risks AI is making possible. We’re still supporting builders, releasing the core code under a new MIT-licensed open source project called cal. diy for hobbyists and tinkerers, but our priority now is simple: Protecting our customers and community at all costs. This guy is a teacher’s assistant for a college professor and just found out something he thinks is very concerning. Your professor can now tell how many edits, pastes, and time spent doing paperwork on your computer/tablet. It can also detect if the work appears natural or if ChatGPT was used. 😳 Just by clicking a button all this info pops up! Does anyone else find this disturbing? Are college students even aware of this? Should this be allowed? I wonder if this can also be detected in high schools, middle schools, and even grade schools since they all use tablets.
