Execution is all that matters. Even more so in the age of AI, because now more people can take action with their agents.

@scubaryan_ lol, pay no attention to the browser URL hosting a file on his local machine and not the actual YT website. :)

@andrewmichaelsa I wish I could give it a try but my Mac has an Intel processor and this only supports Apple Silicon.

@Arcfunmi There is this really cool contraption called a tape measure. You can use it to measure positioning and clearance. Pretty amazing tool, you should check it out.

@strager @DotaMasterPro @thestanduppod I didn't saw clawbot was an LLM. I said you can use ollama from meta to run free models locally on a Mac Mini. I can chat with it and get responses. It's just slower than the big guys. But having a free model to run locally is huge.

MrBeast reveals the secret to getting millions of views on social media “A big part of getting 100,000,000 views on a video is whether it’s something someone has seen before or not. There’s this analogy I like to use, if you’re driving down the road and see a cow, you’re probably not going to look at it. Who cares, you see them all the time. But if you’re driving down the road and see a purple cow you’re going to look like four times and remember it” “It’s kind of the same way on social media. If you’re scrolling through videos and it’s something you’ve seen before it’s like seeing a regular cow. But if it’s a video you’ve never seen before, like putting a bunker underground and having two people live in it, that’s the equivalent of a purple cow on social media” “Make your ideas the purple cow, don’t just be the cow”

@taylorotwell casually shipping a broken app online. The app triggers an alert, which triggers opencode which writes a fix, pushes a PR, then OpenClaw calls Taylor BY PHONE on stage, who responds « merge it », and the fix is merged and deployed. All in 2 minutes, live on stage 😂

@JDunlap1974 Isn't this a short sighted take as well? AI Agents aren't coming for blue collar jobs right now, but once the robots really start coming, those jobs are gone too. You think a bot that can weld 24/7 with MM precision and not have vision issues is gonna lose to a human welder?

Mike Rowe: “We’ve been telling kids for 15 years to learn to code.” “Well, AI is coming for the coders.” “It’s not coming for the welders, the plumbers, the steamfitters, the pipefitters, the HVAC, or the electricians.” “In Aspen, I sat and listened to Larry Fink say we need 500,000 electricians in the next couple of years—not hyperbole.” “The BlueForge Alliance, who oversees our maritime industrial base—that’s 15,000 individual companies who are collectively charged with building and delivering nuclear-powered subs to the Navy … calls and says, we’re having a hell of a time finding tradespeople. Can you help?” “I said, I don’t know, man … how many do you need? He says, 140,000.” “These are our submarines. Things go hypersonic, a little sideways with China, Taiwan, our aircraft carriers are no longer the point of the spear. They’re vulnerable.” “Our submarines matter, and these guys have a pinch point because they can’t find welders and electricians to get them built.” “The automotive industry needs 80,000 collision repair and technicians.” “Energy, I don’t even know what the number is, I hear 300,000, I hear 500,000.” “There is a clear and present freakout going on right now. I’ve heard from six governors in the last six months. I’ve heard from the heads of major companies.”

sonnet 4.5 just mass-produced $23,400 in local business contracts. in one weekend. here's exactly what happened: friday night i made a list of 30 local businesses within 15 miles. not tech companies. not startups. a laundromat. a pest control guy. a dentist office. two landscapers. a funeral home. a dog groomer. a commercial cleaner. a physical therapy clinic. a pool company. saturday morning i called 12 of them and asked one question: "what's the most annoying part of your day?" every single one had an answer within 4 seconds. the pool company: "we lose 11 jobs a week because nobody follows up cancellations." the PT clinic: "insurance verification takes 3 hours every morning." the cleaning company: "we quote in 2 days. our competitor quotes in 2 hours." i didn't pitch anything. i didn't mention AI. i didn't say the word "automation." i said: "what if that was fixed by monday?" then i opened synta, typed exactly what they told me, and built each workflow in 4-11 minutes while they watched. results from saturday alone: → pool company: $2,500 setup + $500/mo retainer → PT clinic: $3,800 (saving them $19K/yr in labor) → cleaning company: $2,200 setup + $400/mo → dog groomer: $450 one-time → pest control: $1,800 setup + $300/mo 5 closed. 7 more scheduled for next week. total: $10,750 upfront + $1,200/mo recurring projected year 1: $23,400+ zero proposals. zero decks. zero "let me get back to you." they watched it work. they paid on the spot. i documented the entire framework: → the 1-question discovery script → all 6 copy-paste workflow prompts → what to charge (pricing guide by complexity) → synta MCP setup (how every workflow self-heals) comment "LOCAL" and i'll send the full PDF. consultants charge $15K for a discovery workshop. i just gave you the playbook for free. synta(.)io
