@YoungLiberalsUK Ed actually said "pulling out of NATO and getting rid of nuclear weapons right now" was dangerous. @ZackPolanski agrees with this. @EdwardJDavey then went on to say he won't fight seats where the Greens have a better chance of beating Reform - like #GortonAndDenton. 👍

Fun fact: The detention limit for suspected terrorists was raised to 14 days in 2004. Among the MPs who voted against it on the grounds that it was an excessive unjustified assault on civil liberties was the entire Tory Party, and of course the Liberal Democrats.
