Looks like IDJS is dramatically faster than ExtendScript. And, according to あるふぁ, might even be 100X faster while processing pure JavaScript (i.e. excluding DOM commands.)

I just discovered that #InDesign 2023 inserts language tags for every element in the xhtml markup in exported reflowable #EPUB files. Different behavior than InDesign 2022.
