Practically everyone I talk to is done with toxic divisive politics. They hate both sides because both sides are failures. Yes people still hold their core beliefs but they are fed up with the drama. His actions aren’t allinging with his values. If he claims that capitalism is evil, he shouldn’t partticapate and display the most gaudy and ostentatious form of it. Or I mean he can, he can do what he wants, it just comes off as hypocritical. This really isn’t complicated. I’m not trying to get in a big debate about whether socialism or capitalism is better. It’s clear and obvious to everyone, that in this specific situation, Hasan comes off as a hypocrite.
