60 minutes on the plane b/c of missing stairs, now almost 2 hrs and luggage still hasn’t arrived. @edi_airport - did you guys get an early start to the weekend?

I’d like to get off my plane @EDI_Airport We landed some 20 mins ago. KLM got us here on time. So embarrassing a tiny airport like Edinburgh and the crew can’t get updates on stairs. Mortifying …just come from an airport than runs like clockwork.

Great welcome to Scotland at @EDI_Airport - waited 60 mns on the plane after touchdown for stairs to come. Now of course waiting for our luggage, it’s been 90 mins since landing.

@lufthansa payment can't be made via the hotline - I'd have to pay at airport where I couldn't get the € price unless I am at German airport

@lufthansa LH US hotline told me I could choose between € or $ payment at airport - relied on that but was now forced to pay higher $price
