@helloalphamd I just can’t understand why it takes so long to get a response. One question and I don’t get a response for 5 days. Today is day 6. So between two questions it’s been 11 days. My payment cleared instantly but I can’t get help from anyone

I’m absolutely disgusted with @helloalphamd constantly increasing their membership prices over the past 2 yrs with little notice.. now mental health membership is going up to $49/mo in just 2wks? Giving no time for me to find an alternative, & then risk running out of my meds!

@helloalphamd please can someone respond to any of my emails or direct messages? I am paying for membership for over a month and have received zero services. The two prescriptions that were sent to my pharmacy were wrong and no one is responding to get this fixed.
