There really is no bottom. It’s hard to convey just how bleak it is. And the more Israel dehumanizes Palestinians and crosses unthinkable lines, the more it ultimately dehumanizes Israelis, and endangers them.

Many of the released Palestinian detainees, including children, are suffering from different illnesses, including skin diseases. In today’s release, some detainees are being hospitalized due to Israeli torture and abuse while in Israeli torture camps. At the same time the Israeli army was deployed to raid the homes of families of released detainees and threatened them from celebrating at gunpoint. Some detainees were tied up for months, leading to amputations. The testimonies are horrifying. Israeli Prison guards really showed no mercy. Reminding that many were being held without trial or charge, while hundreds from Gaza were literally put in dungeons.
