@MogoFree What kind of things did you do?? When my calves/thighs were acting up, it was really hard for me to keep my BPM up! Pointers would be greatly appreciated!!

Day 17/21 I've been doing lower impact HIIT exercises due to a previous ham string strain. Theres lots of different workouts to fit everyone's abilities! Just gotta keep focused, peeps!!!

@neil10545555 @Mobvoi_Official My hunch is that it might just be the exercise? I had planks and sit ups in my workout and my bpm would start decreasing fast. I currently have mountain climbers as an exercise and my bpm is still high, even when the watch is physically lower to the ground. Hope this helps!!!

Day 14 of #hiitchallengewithTicWatchE3 @Mobvoi_Official I think this watch is trying to play games with me! Planks, crunches, etc. (anything where watch physically is low to the ground for too long) and my heart rate isn't detected right.
