But now, dozens of us are stuck because a US-based logistics partner in New Castle refuses to release our phones. They won’t hand them over to couriers, won’t allow pickup, and won’t even return them to you unless you issue a return label — which your support hasn’t provided despite repeated requests. We’ve contacted support many times — only copy-paste replies or complete silence. We’re not asking for refunds. We just want to use the product from one of the world’s leading blockchains. 👉 Please, @solana : take back our devices and redirect them to a functional partner or warehouse. We’ve waited long enough. Don’t let a rogue logistics point ruin your reputation and our trust. I created a request on solanamobile.zendesk.com on September 17.
