I just cracked AI animation ads.
it explains the problem in 2 seconds
UGC cost: $1
Scale: 15× overnight
Built a system in Claude Code that turns any product photo into a full animated ad — claymation, Pixar, anime, Wes Anderson, you name it.
Images → video → voiceover → music → captions. All AI. All inside one workflow.
comment “AI” for the breakdown

@Diplomeme @itsPolloAI @polloai_creator Did you give Seedance a reference image of the model - or did Seedance create the model?
English

I think we just reached a new level in AI video.Seedance 2.0 on @itsPolloAI now outputs true (4K) and the quality is unreal.
- Faces, hair physics, lighting, textures… everything looks significantly better.
Try it with Prompt (Storyboard +seedance) in comment section : ⤵️

Don't sleep on this one. Paper stop-motion.
I built a Claude skill that prompts the whole thing for you.
no studio
no animator
no month of work
The concept doesn't care what you're selling. Product, service, coaching program, SaaS. Swap the product, keep what stops the scroll.
RT + comment "skill" and it's yours (must follow so I can dm)

@oliverhenry Incredible!! Please post the video that Trump saw for context.

I now understand the American dream.
I came to the World Cup because I was offered a last minute ticket to watch England play Croatia in Dallas and I started documenting my journey.
The content went viral on social media. So much so, the President of the United States saw it himself.
I was invited to attend the grand opening of the great American state fair for freedom 250 and halfway through Donald Trumps speech, I was told to come and wait back stage for a photograph.
This sort of thing could only happen in America.
As an Englishman I never really understood what America has to make it “the land of opportunity”
But results speak for themselves.

Today we're launching Goose Ads in Claude.
This is a skill /goose-ads that lets anyone make high-performing ad creatives directly in Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, or Codex.
Here's how it works:
1. Install the skill: npx gooseworks install --all
2. Run this prompt:
/goose-ads create ads for my brand
3. (Optional) Pick templates you like on the platform
The skill finds top-performing ads that companies are already spending $ on and generates creatives for your brand.
It also ensures that generated creatives are accurate to your brand's messaging, logo, assets, etc.
It's that easy.
But this is just the start.
We have created a library with 100+ open-source skills for growth that some of the fastest growing startups in the world are using every day to run ads, content, competitor research, gtm, seo and more.
Comment Goose and I'll DM you the full open-source skill library.

Quiet Revolution: this ad has been running for 239 days on a script that does almost nothing flashy, and the longevity itself is the lesson.
My 3D Figure Gifts sells personalized 3D figurines from a photo. The ad copy is short, emoji-heavy, and reads like a Pinterest caption. Nothing about it looks like a winner, which is exactly why it has lasted.
"Your World, In 3D. Upload a photo, get an immediate preview of your 3D figure. Free AI animation design. Starting at just $29.95."
Element 1: Demo as headline. 'Upload a photo, get an immediate preview' compresses the entire product experience into one sentence. The reader sees the whole funnel before clicking. Friction is killed at the headline level.
Element 2: Anchor price exposed. '$29.95' is in the ad body, not hidden behind a click. Gift buyers triage by price first, and giving them the number upfront filters out window shoppers and pre-qualifies the click.
Element 3: Free preview as risk reversal. The free preview is structurally a money-back guarantee disguised as a feature. You do not pay to see the thing, you pay only after you have already approved it. That is the entire reason this ad scales for almost a year.
Psychology: quiet revolution converts because gift buyers are not buying a product, they are buying a low-regret moment. The free preview eliminates the worst outcome (paying for something ugly), and the immediate preview compresses the decision window. Every flashy element a competitor would add (urgency, scarcity, testimonials) would actually raise the perceived risk here.
Tactical takeaway: for any visualized or customized product, lead with the demo verb, expose the entry price in body copy, and convert the preview step into a free risk-reversal feature. Resist the urge to add testimonials or urgency. The quietest possible ad often outlives the loudest one because it does not trigger gift-buyer skepticism.
Adjacent move: the price '$29.95' is positioned as 'starting at,' which preserves price flexibility for upsells without scaring off the entry buyer. Gift buyers anchor on the first number they see, so any in-funnel upsell (larger figurine, multiple poses, premium box) is compared against twenty-nine, not against an internally accurate cost expectation. That single phrase is doing the work of an entire pricing strategy. When you expose price in body copy, always use 'starting at' or 'from,' and engineer your upsell ladder to live on top of that anchor. The number you put in the ad becomes the number every later decision is measured against.
Longevity note: 239 days active, library confirmed, 81 score. This is one of the cleanest examples of structural durability in the dataset.

Pixar ads are CRUSHING right now.
Easy way to find diversity for brands spending on Meta right now.
Here’s a breakdown of how we create them:
- The 6-STEP workflow from prompt to finished ad ($3-5 in credits per 15-second ad)
- A Claude prompt that auto-generates Kling-ready prompts
- Animation settings that decide whether the ad lands (duration, quality, camera)

A Head of Creative at a $100M brand just told me +60% of their winning ads weren’t made by anyone on his creative team.
No agency or contractor. One marketing assistant + a creator program that most brands already have standing, but haven’t configured to what converts.
CAC is down. % of new web visitors has never been higher.
He gave me and my team the tactical, behind-the-scenes look at the UGC machine they built over the past 3 months:
– A framework for what creators to partner with
– How to brief, break down, and re-package assets for a longer shelf life
– The growth hacks for scaling your next growth channel
Comment "UGC" and I'll DM you the guide + a Claude skill trained on every learning.
