@CaptBucs @ECloskyWTSP How it feels when the Leafs and Panthers are the 1st 2 teams eliminated from playoff contention in the Atlantic:

English

@JusTimmeh @dbldtydadx13 @GCXEvent lol, the initial reply never showed up for me until you replied
this platform is working great

@ils620 @Erik_Erlendsson I was talking about his articles. my goodness. I didn’t know all of Erik’s followers were that stupid
English

@Anti_G0y_B3am @Erik_Erlendsson When you wrote this there were 3 other replies. You couldnt read 3 other replies, but yet also knew they were classic overreaction...
English

@Erik_Erlendsson the overreactions here are classic social media. Don’t have time to read them. it’s another subscription that I’m being charged for that I don’t use enough. it’s not that deep to all of you who replied to this. I literally said I love his work lol
English

@Mr_Raider_209 @minakimes Solely because the @Raiders have the #1 draft pick and everyone knows that the @NFL and the @espn aka media talking heads hate the @Raiders. Ever since AL Davis sued the @NFL and won 🏆 the lawsuit to move to Los Angeles from Oakland they've hated the @Raiders franchise.
English

It’s a reasonable point, but one thing that caught my eye—on third/fourth and *long*, McCarthy was 76th in percent of throws that went for a first down or TD.
Mendoza was 1st.
Justin Scaife@JustinScaife
@minakimes A national champion QB who did light duty because his team was blowing everyone out but put up great numbers on 3rd and 4th down and in clutch situations? Where have I heard that before?
English

@24kunchover86 @Dom_Habs @Erik_Erlendsson I was more confused by the fact he called us losers, when hes repping a team that hasnt wont shit in 33 years...

English

@Dom_Habs @Erik_Erlendsson That's not nice. Just because you clearly have some brain damage, no need to wish it on other people...
English

@Erik_Erlendsson Kucherov deserves brain damage, same goes for everyone apart of that embarrassing franchise, tampa and the refs just love each other’s sooo much, now I understand why y’all are soo high in the standings
English

@thepoolshark Stupid constitution always getting in the way of all the fun stuff Trump wants to do.

Does the government understand how the government works? This probably won't even last until Friday, lol
I really wish schools taught this stuff more rigorously than they do now...

@kodymcbanks @TwistedFocus99 @davebirkett @freep But that bonus is not from a simple restructure. Thats from an extension. Thats the point Im getting at. That if a team does a simple restructure (one that a player isnt required to sign off on) that money that is moved from "salary" to "bonus" cant be recovered.
English

@ils620 @TwistedFocus99 @davebirkett @freep Nope. Nope. Nope. Teams convert “base” salary into a “signing bonus” to create cap in the now. They do so to help the team’s cap. They are now asking for that back.

English

When he retired last year, Frank Ragnow became the latest longtime Detroit Lion who had to repay part of his signing bonus freep.com/story/sports/n… via @freep
English

@kodymcbanks @TwistedFocus99 @davebirkett @freep While I agree with your 1st point, I dont believe your 2nd point is relevant. As Im almost positive in a simple restructure scenario the team cant get out of paying that money, its purely cap related. Unless you mean a full restructure, but thats on the player to choose to do.
English

@TwistedFocus99 @davebirkett @freep Only, the team has the option to tear up the contract at any time. Or, when a player restructures, converting money into “signing” bonuses that help the team with their cap. Yep. Same on both sides. I’m afraid your brain is smooth enough for the bacteria living there to sled down
English

@robert_king7 @JoshQueipo_NFL You seem to understand exactly the limitations of the grading system (its not results based its process based) but seem to be holding that against it. But you shouldnt. Any tool is only valuable if used correctly, which is really the original point I was getting at.
English

@JoshQueipo_NFL @ils620 I could be wrong about it because I like everyone have my own skewed perspective. It is why I made sure to include that it is my opinion of PFF not trying to state it as a fact. TBH I think it’s I like to find individuals who I grow to trust their knowledge like with your content
English

I love this guy’s videos. But describing people as “too lazy” just bc they don’t dedicate a FT job’s worth of hours to watching film just ain’t it.
PFF info (stats/metrics/grades) can be useful as part of the convo. I find it’s most useful to help spur questions.
Film Watchers@Filmwatchers1
This is what is wrong with PFF. It gives people that are too lazy to spend time watching game film the ability to consolidate an entire player’s worth into a few numbers that tend to be inaccurate.
English

@robert_king7 @JoshQueipo_NFL But specifically in your scenario you are talking about how a player impacts a game, which isnt necessarily how well they played.
A player may get credited with a couple of huge plays, that may be all luck, yet the average person thinks they played well, but they really trash
English

@robert_king7 @JoshQueipo_NFL There may be some outliers on a game by game scenario. But in the the vast majority of their games, and more importantly on a season long basis, good players get good grades, bad players get bad grades. Its really that simple.
English

@Filmwatchers1 I always like the "PFF #'s are wrong" takes. Because its always is accompanied by a detailed breakdown on how they are wrong, and why. Oh wait...
English

This is what is wrong with PFF. It gives people that are too lazy to spend time watching game film the ability to consolidate an entire player’s worth into a few numbers that tend to be inaccurate.

@Filmwatchers1 @PFF ‘s 15th best Center in 2025 @Condor_McGovern Slightly above average NFL Center, nothing special
English

@beicksquad79219 @LedyardNFLDraft You call the timeout and you get them set and get Ngonba out of the game. That’s the bottom line. Nothing else matters.
English

@Mr_Detroit_Lion @RONMEXlCO @NFLSTROUD Still passing off this list of guys of dead guys and mid players like it has any validity for your argument...
English

@RONMEXlCO @NFLSTROUD Yes just OLB’S not including MLB'S. Larry Grantham, Maxie Baughn, Joe Fortunato, Brad Van Pelt, Isiah Robertson, Seth Joyner, Wilber Marshall, Andy Russell, Mike Stratton, Matt Blair, & Clay Matthews all not in sadly. Plus another 8 MLB'S also who have better resumes too.
